Dave Guerra founded Puente Technology, LLC, in 2009 and provides the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives. He has 30 years of business development experience in Construction and Information Technology. He is verified Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran and served 14 years active military service as a US Navy Diver (1982-1996). Dave uses his years of military discipline, his expansive professional network, and entrepreneurial experience to capitalize on Construction and Facility Maintenance opportunities within the Federal and commercial markets.
Dave is a member of the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is also Board-Member with National Veteran Owned Business Association (NaVOBA), a nonprofit organization creating corporate contracting opportunities for America’s Veteran’s. Dave is dedicated to hiring our Nation’s Veterans as they transition into civilian lives.
Dave attended St. Edwards University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication. In his spare time, he enjoys running, weight training and traveling.
Rick Jackson is the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for business development and program management of Puente’s Government Services market segment. He specializes in construction management and network infrastructure.
Before joining Puente, Rick was the Area Manager for Federal Services at Henkels & McCoy’s Networks Division, Hewlett Packard Business Unit Principal at Agilisys, and Technical Services Manager at Vision Technologies. His work experience includes more than 20 years of advancement and leadership at Hewlett Packard, as well as service as a data systems technician in the U.S. Navy.
Rick has a master’s degree in Business and Marketing from the Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, music and family time.
