Dave Guerra
President
Mr. Guerra founded Puente, LLC in 2009. Dave has over 20 years of business development experience in IT and the marine service industry. His professional career has given him over two decades of military and government experience.
Dave served 14 years in active military service as a US Navy diver. Dave continued his diving career as owner-operator of Dave's Diving Services. His experience as a Navy and commercial diver has given him excellent insight into the marine construction field. As the president of Puente, Dave continues to partner with prime contractors in our nation's capitol establishing a presence in the federal market.

Marc Tomlinson
Vice President
Mr. Tomlinson joined Puente, LLC in 2010 and oversees project management and construction management client accounts. Marc is responsible for working with clients from the conceptual phase of projects through occupancy, and manages the professional services consultants, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, move management, and close-out processes.
Mr. Tomlinson has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development and management. Prior to joining Puente Marc was a senior member of the CBRE Project Management team in the Dallas office.
Marc practiced architecture with HOK International, one of the world's largest architectural firms, and completed international assignments with the firm prior to relocating to Dallas with his family.
