Project Description: Puente, the General Contractor, provided a complete renovation and reconfiguration of this large warehouse. The project included the comprehensive demo and renovation of racking systems, cage systems, area configuration, concrete flooring, electrical systems, docking systems, security and locking systems and safety systems within a tightly fixed timeframe.

Project Scope: The scope of this warehouse renovation included but was not limited to the following: Disassembling of existing racking systems, cage systems, and wood timbers and anchors. Repairing, polishing and sealing of entire concrete flooring system. Painting of stripes on floors. Installation of new cage systems. Installation of new racking systems and safety devices. Repairing and replacement of all dock bumpers, door seals, and installation of Go/No-Go dock lights with dock locks. Rerunning of power. Installation of dock leveler.
